在2026年5月17日将Windows预览体验版本更新到Canary渠道的29591.1000版本后，发现启动国服英雄联盟会导致绿屏，错误代码为“SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x3B)”，失败的操作为“ACE BASE.sys”。启动国际服英雄联盟虽然不会绿屏，但是拳头Vanguard相关服务停止运行。
On May 17th, 2026, after I updated my Windows Insiders to 29591.1000, running League of Legends Tencent will cause a bugcheck screen. The stopcode is "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x3B)". The failed operation is "ACE BASE.sys". Although running League of Legends Riot won't make Windows crash, Riot Vanguard related services were found to have been stopped.
在刚升级Windows到29595.1000版本时，问题依然没有修复。但是期间有一天突然可以启动国服英雄联盟。国际服依然无法启动。这个问题在29599.1000版本仍然存在。
When I upgraded my Windows to version 29595.1000, the problem was still unsolved. But within that version, one day I found League of Legends Tencent could be launched. League of Legends Riot still couldn't be launched. This problem persists in version 29599.1000.
