Stories of Chinese people catching thieves in Europe have become a trending topic online.
Earlier this month, a Chinese tourist in Barcelona has gone viral after he used martial arts to heroically stop a suspected thief who tried to steal his camera.
Footage from the streets of Barcelona, shows the suspected thief wailing and gasping for air as the tourist grappled him, locking him in a chokehold.
More recently, another suspected thief got a dose of instant karma after trying to steal a mobile phone out of the hands of a Chinese student on the streets of lawless London.
What the suspected thief doesn't realize is he's picked on the wrong person.
The alleged victim chases after the man, into the Tube station, down the escalator and onto the platform, before holding him in a vice-like grip and finally retrieving his phone.
